It's a 1-minute walk from Dotonbori, 3-minute walk from Sinsaibashi shopping, and 7-minute stroll from Namba Station, with easy access to Tsutenkaku Tower and Itami Airport.

The spot is excellent—next to the river, shopping malls, food, and trains—and the room was comfortable.

I stayed near Dontonbori, shopping centres and train stations, the beds were comfy and housekeeping solid, and luggage forwarding was convenient. But it got noisy at night, especially on weekends; the washing machine took hours to wash and dry a single load, and the bar/restaurant was shut for private events on two of our three nights.

Right next to Dotonbori, the nighttime noise didn't bother me at all—perfect for enjoying Osaka after dark. The breakfast buffet was tasty. I booked a triple room, but a side table between the beds would have been useful.
