The staff and their customer service were exceptional, and the breakfast was simple but tasty; the building is older yet very comfortable and the location is great. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

The hotel is just a 5‑minute walk to Grand Plaza, so the Old Town is basically within strolling distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is historic and has been around for over 50 years, so there are some signs of wear and the floor squeaks a lot.

Andrés’ service was very cordial, attentive, and correct. The American‑style breakfast was spectacular. The house‑hotel is a beauty. We requested a very quiet room, and it was. The area is worth visiting, especially the ancient cathedral—marvelous! We’re very satisfied. As a suggestion, for those who want parking, note that a very large car may be difficult to maneuver into the parking space.
