It was close to the metro and had everything nearby; the house and room were clean; the second line kept the night quiet, so no street noise; the breakfasts were tasty, but the mattress felt hard for me.

The location was great, near the Tinchlik metro station, restaurants, and shops; communication with the on‑site managers was somewhat difficult, and I couldn't contact the accommodation beforehand to arrange a late check‑in, which made that part a bit awkward; otherwise they were nice.

The courtyard is beautiful and I enjoyed the breakfast and the family atmosphere. The owners were kind and friendly. The room is dated, the bed is too hard and as many reviews have pointed out the bathroom smells bad
