“Overall nice place, great breakfast, clean rooms”

They always serve a really good breakfast, and on the second day the pool and hot tub were open and pretty good. The rooms were clean and nice. Overall it was good for the price. The first day they were closed for maintenance, which was tough on my family who had sore necks and wanted to soak in the hot tub. The place gets very loud when people slam doors.

The hotel is quaint and clean, and the breakfast is great. The staff were very unpleasant.

It was just okay. There was a kids soccer tournament and a bread assistant, which could have been better. The shower was clean enough, but there might have been a little mold in the corners.

“I don’t think I would stay at this location ever again.”

The location was fine. Waffles never disappointed—best thing on the breakfast menu. The front desk hostess, Betsy, had a standoffish attitude, no smile, which set a bad tone from the start. If you don’t feel welcomed, you won’t enjoy your stay. The pool’s cleanliness could have been better. During the week, the eggs were so watery they felt like military egg dust. The room wasn’t cleaned every day, which I found unusual, especially since we stayed more than two nights.

I noticed the room needed more thorough cleaning; the floor felt sticky and there was hair in the tub, plus some trash under the sink that the maids should check.
