The proximity to the highway was handy. The owner was very friendly, greeting us at check‑in, serving us at the restaurant that evening, and checking us out the next morning. The evening meal was fairly good and the wine cellar was huge. The room’s price‑to‑quality ratio was disappointing. When we arrived the room wasn’t air‑conditioned and it was extremely hot; a quick cool‑down before we got there would have helped. The room was dim, outdated, and the bathroom was in bad shape—old sheets, an outdated bathtub, toilets that spray when you flush, and spider webs beside the bed.

It was close to the station, but it was hard to find.

The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. However, when I flushed the toilet, water sprayed everywhere, and even with the lid down, it still splashed onto the floor, which was not very hygienic.

The location, garden, dining at the restaurant, and sense of safety were all great. Dining in the restaurant in the evening was incredibly good, and the staff went out of their way. I would stay in the hotel instead of eating elsewhere if I were staying there.
