It’s spacious, very clean, and offers a great Japanese‑style experience; the staff are super friendly and accommodating, we had luggage forwarded and it was already in our room when we arrived, and nothing fell short of expectations.

A very attractive hotel tucked away on a side street, just a stone's throw from the tube station; the room is much larger than most hotels I've seen for that price range, so there's nothing to criticise – a little gem. The only downside is there’s no food on site, but a 7‑11 is just around the corner.
