The accommodation is very well positioned for walking around the city, close to the old town, the market and the beach, with many small restaurants nearby. The bathrooms and toilets (two, one of which is quite small) allow everyone to use them without having to wait. The roommates were very respectful about noise. Air‑conditioning is a real plus, and Nico is very welcoming and available. The kitchen is a bit small if you want to have lunch with more than two guests at the same time. The room had only one window overlooking one of the bathrooms, which made it hard to ventilate it. The blinds on that window and on the room’s front door would benefit from being darker or more opaque so that the light is muted. Personally, I had a night mask, which helped me not be too disturbed by the light.

Excellent location, but there was a lot of street noise.

The room had air conditioning, coffee and kitchen accessories, a wardrobe and plenty of smaller cabinets, plus a dryer available to all guests. The bathroom was cramped, and one bathroom lacked towel and clothing hooks. The small window looked out onto other windows in the building and let in very little natural light.
