I booked an economy room for a quick overnight from Czechia, and it was just okay. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot to grab a drink. However, the air‑conditioning made a ticking noise even at night, and the place seemed to have some deferred maintenance.

Super friendly service, good breakfast. The carpet in the room was an issue.

The furniture was uncomfortable, and only one person was available to serve breakfast. The buffet never got restocked and the tables weren't cleared.

The location was quite convenient, close to the city centre. Breakfast was good and varied, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is modern but could use a refresh, especially the carpet in the rooms and hallways. The private parking garage was a bit pricey.

I loved it, starting with the reception staff who spoke Spanish—she was actually Spanish. The room was beautiful with a view of the Rhine, comfortable, lovely, quiet, and very pleasant. We rested wonderfully. The hotel also offers a hot drink. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything. The price was very good. I definitely recommend it and will consider it again.
