The room was fine, but the hotel staff damaged my car: they took my key for parking and scratched the bumper.

The location of the property is good, but the cleanliness needs improvement.

The AC worked well and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. However, the beds and blankets were dirty, the cots were uncleaned, and the complimentary food was mediocre; looking at the kitchen makes you feel reluctant to eat there.

The hotel’s location is good, but the food options are very limited and the dishes served are cold and overly salty. The reception staff were unwilling to resolve even basic issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
