The hotel is near the seawall. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches, the place was unclean, and there were undisclosed renovations.

The staff were very friendly. I normally don’t leave reviews unless the stay is particularly outstanding or extremely disappointing, so I should have known that pulling up behind the building would be trouble. They had about 30 mattresses laid out outside by the dumpster. At first it looked clean, but then the roaches started coming out. I killed three and two escaped. I was stressed the whole night to the point that we slept with the light on so the roaches wouldn’t crawl on us. I didn’t bring any of our clothes inside. The one towel my son left on the table, I pulled it up and a roach flew off and landed on the bed—disgusting. We left in the super early morning because I just couldn’t take it anymore. Extremely disappointed and thoroughly disgusted.

I didn’t know there was a breakfast. Water was leaking in one room; I asked to be transferred to another room, but there were roach problems in both rooms.

There was no microwave, no icebox, and no TV. The lack of a TV was a negative.
