Without a doubt, this was the best place I stayed in all of Bali (I stayed in room 5); the room was very spacious, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the sea view was amazing with the sound of waves at night, the pool was really clean and relaxing, and the host family were so kind, caring and helpful ❤️; the food from the nearby restaurant was nice too (they deliver to the room) and I had lovely times with my wife here!

The view of the sea and the incredible infinity pool were amazing, but the villa is located in a fairly remote area with few nearby amenities.

Nothing. We arrived at the accommodation for check-in and were told that the reservation had been canceled by the manager because they had overbooked rooms. We were not notified at any point; we only found out after arriving at the property, having driven for 40 minutes. The cancellation was never processed through the app; in fact, several hours have passed and it still shows as confirmed. We were never able to contact the manager; we only spoke with the staff, who couldn't offer a solution because they couldn't reach the manager. We were never given a solution and wasted almost the entire day waiting for an answer that never came. We were left completely stranded and ultimately had to find and pay for another place to stay. Terrible service, the worst experience we've ever had with accommodation. A total waste of time and money, and absolute irresponsibility on the part of the manager

The room was huge, fully equipped with a TV and fridge, and perfect for traveling with small children because the space is very comfortable and the view of the beautiful beach is fantastic. The service could use some improvement.
