“Bom custo benefício”

All staff were helpful and courteous. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly, the hair dryer was poor quality, and the underground garage gate had to be opened by a button that required someone upstairs to release it; on both occasions we had to take the elevator to the reception to ask for help because the gate wouldn’t open.

The hotel is very well located. All front‑desk staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed them. Breakfast was good, though for two consecutive days some items were missing. Overall, our room was comfortable but needed some maintenance: the bathroom had leaks in the sink and shower, the main door trim was loose, and cleaning was lacking. There were piles of dust and a noticeable lack of fresh scent. It felt like only the beds were made. The blankets were disappointing; we requested a double blanket but received a single one that was already shrunk and barely fit one person, so my husband and I had to share a blanket each night.
