The front desk staff were helpful and kind, and they let us check in early while upgrading our room because I had mistakenly booked a single bed instead of a double; she corrected the error promptly.

“I will choose this hotel every time I travel to Jeddah, I finally found a place that matches all my expectations.”

Everything was perfect: the hotel sat close to the airport, the Corniche, the yacht club, Obhur, the Red Sea Mall, Heraa Mall, and the Mall of Arabia. All restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets were available around the hotel 24 hours. The staff were extremely kind and respectful. The property was clean, quiet, and cozy, with reliable internet and Wi‑Fi available at all times. The price matched all these advantages exactly.

The location was excellent, and the staff were great—thanks to Fatma Al-Saqeel, who was outstanding and courteous. However, the cleanliness was not up to par, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor that we had to neutralize with our own cleaning supplies.
