The room was great and they left some free treats 😁, but checking in at the restaurant was confusing and the bar staff was annoyed when I asked for help. I had to wait in front of the restaurant for someone, then someone told me to ring the bell for service, the waitress said she couldn't help, and finally a man— the only friendly staff—checked me in. After that everything was fine except they left me without toilet paper, so I had to buy it myself.

The rooms were beautiful, but the free bowling was only available to us if we arrived earlier; we missed it.

The beds were comfortable, the freebies were nice, and the theme was good. The room was well located. However, the bathrooms were tiny, had obvious dirt marks high on the walls, and the toilet paper holder was falling off. There was no dresser or outlet for clothes, and the hallway smelled like burnt pot.
