I did wish there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and it felt a bit excessive to pay extra for regular cleaning when the room rate was already steep.

The Haymarket location is unbeatable—quiet yet close to museums, shops and theatres. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the rooms were roomy, comfortable, and equipped with every necessary amenity. Nothing to add.
