The location was good, but the experience was terrible! It was absurd that the listing didn’t mention that the hotel has a bar with a live band every night. The deafening noise made it impossible to sleep, ruining our stay completely. We chose a place to rest, not to stay up all night because of loud music. The lack of transparency in the ad is unacceptable. I don’t recommend it for anyone looking for peace and a good night’s sleep.

Nothing positive. The reception was not friendly or courteous when I asked about the price; they gave me the price plus tax, which I had already inquired about over the phone, and they never told me. We had a discrepancy because that amount did not include breakfast. The sheets were stained, and it was noisy until late at night when you’re supposed to get up at 7 am. That wasn’t mentioned when we booked. I don’t recommend it.

The staff were very attentive, even before I checked in. The hostel is beautiful, very Valparaíso‑like, and the location is excellent. The bathrooms need maintenance (faucets).

The front desk guy was super friendly and always polite, so checking in felt easy. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the pub on the ground floor and the fact that my room had no windows, so it stayed stuffy.
