It looked like a recent renovation, but the experience was utterly disappointing. The service was terrible and disorganized. The room was extremely noisy, ruining rest and comfort. Prices for hotel items were outrageous: a 200 ml water bottle cost R$ 6.00 and a KitKat was R$ 9.00. The parking lot was too small for the number of guests, so I had to park on the street. What bothered me most was the lack of organization and willingness to solve issues. Breakfast was advertised from 6:30 am to 10:00 am; I had to leave at 6:45 am and even though I was still within the stated window, breakfast was not available. When I asked at reception, the only reply was, “It must be delayed.” No effort was made to check what was happening, contact the responsible staff, or offer an alternative. I left the hotel without breakfast, a service that should have been available at that time. The problem was not just the delay but the lack of commitment, organization, and respect for guests. A very below‑average experience. I do not recommend it and will not stay again.

The hotel is old, but that doesn’t make it any less comfortable. It was clean and the room was spacious. I booked a room with a hair dryer, but when I entered it was missing. They fixed it by swapping rooms, though I don’t know how they would handle it if the room was already occupied. The room locks are a common key, not a magnetic card, and every time you have to hand the key to the front desk. Breakfast is adequate but not spectacular. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with a great location.
