The location was ideal for visiting Pisa and the leaning tower was only a short walk away. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. Make sure to visit Rufus for a coffee and pastry in the morning and La Teresa for a slice of pizza in the afternoon. Parking was a little difficult on the weekend and the unauthorized parking attendants were pushy and annoying. If you come by train you don't have to worry about this

Very cosy place, the location was awesome to great restaurants and the leaning tower. It was a bit noisy outside with cars passing by! If you are a heavy sleeper then no issues

Very polite staff and clear instructions. Was able to check-in slightly earlier and was notified by the staff about such opportunity. Room was very clean with a welcome bundle waiting on the bed

The room was very clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Pisa. The manager unexpectedly curtailed our stay by one night after claiming actually from day 1 that we had smoked in the room, despite providing no proof. This was extremely surprising and upsetting, as we are lifelong non‑smokers. As a 3 star "Genius" member, I have never had a problem like this in many years of travelling and booking accommodation worldwide. The accusation was repeated several times, and although we initially assumed it was a misunderstanding, the manager continued to insist. This turned what was meant to be a birthday treat into a stressful experience and completely ruined and disrupted our holiday. We were actually kicked out of the Le Muse and forced to relocate and book a new hotel ourselves at our cost for the final night, with no assistance from the property or . It was an unbelievable and deeply disappointing situation. About the room: – WiFi was very poor and unreliable – The décor was an odd mix of styles, and the artwork felt strange and low‑quality – The painted ceilings look impressive in photos but were very rough and childlike in reality – The bathroom in our room was extremely dark and narrow, with a metal door, a noisy macerator and very basic fittings – Photos of the bathroom appear edited to disguise how narrow it actually is – Overall, the property is far from “luxury” as advertised

The room was lovely, great size and homely. Susanna was so helpful and sent lovely messages through our stay. The location is brilliant, 10 mins from the tower and around 15 / 20 mins from station. There was a lovely surprise of some snacks too. Cannot fault the stay at all. Nothing!
