Superb hotel, walking distance to the main sightseeing places of interest, but in a quiet street with much traffic. They offer fantastic and delicious breakfasts on a rooftop terrace. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a small desk, armchairs, a balcony and comfy bed. Spotless clean bathroom with a huge shower. Absolutely fantastic service both at the reception, breakfast or via online communication. Online payment in advance was smooth. We arrived in the middle of the night and were quickly checked-in. We loved it and we're staying again when we come back to arequipa in a couple of days

I loved my stay here! The room was gorgeous, the staff were outstanding, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had on the whole trip. The curtains were basically blackout. I took a nap in the middle of the day and it was great. One thing to note: there were a lot of dogs barking at night (at least on the night I stayed). I think one of the dogs was in the hotel. However, I hear dogs barking at night across all of Peru in multiple cities. Just bring earplugs.

Our room was great and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the area was calm. They always prepared breakfast packages for us when we had day tours and had to leave early in the morning. The TV was not working, but they fixed it immediately. All the girls at the front desk were lovely, as was the woman who served breakfast. Wi‑Fi was strong, the shower had warm water, and the room had a fridge. The Plaza de Armas is just a 15‑minute walk away, and Mundo Alpaca or Puente Grau/Río Chili are only 5 minutes away. The whole week the breakfast was exactly the same; a bit more variety would be nice. The bed was really, really small for two people.
