The proximity to the historic centre was good, but the access to the apartment required four codes to validate on the app, the form was tedious, the cleanliness was mediocre with a torn sheet, a dirty duvet, a 40 cm wardrobe with one coat hanger, no shower products, no welcome, parking cost €25 instead of €20 per night with no explanation, and we helped a Spanish guest who didn’t have the codes for his room two hours after his reservation.

The location was beautiful, the building was nice, the bus stop right in front of the door takes you straight to the central station, and in less than 15 minutes on foot you’re in the city. The room was gorgeous and very clean; everything you need is there. I was even able to leave my suitcase earlier. Communication was quick and clear. If I ever go back to Bologna, I will definitely book here again. A real recommendation! Nothing.

I liked the location and the easy access, plus the parking was convenient, but the ground‑floor or basement room was damp and moldy, and the door latch to the room was broken.

The experience at this accommodation was disappointing and did not meet our expectations at all. From the moment we arrived we noticed several problems, both with cleanliness and safety. The door before the room entrance was broken, and there was litter outside it. The room had an unpleasant odor, the towels smelled bad, and there were trash under the bed. The mini‑fridge and kettle were dirty and had water inside them. Even more concerning was that the air‑conditioner and outlets were sealed with insulating tape, raising reasonable safety concerns. On the bed we also found insects that we couldn’t identify with certainty. Finally, we bought food from the building’s vending machine, which was expired. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the accommodation was unacceptable. Cleanliness, maintenance, and safety should be top priorities. I would not recommend it to other travelers and believe it needs immediate improvement in all these areas.
