मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The staff were polite and helpful, and the check‑in window was wide and flexible. The location is superb, within easy reach of the airport and the Termini and Tiburtina train stations; the building sits 10 minutes from the Ottaviano metro stop and is close to many shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Because of this, the value for money is good.

The place feels solid and secure. If you arrive before 14:00 you won’t find anyone to greet you.

It was barely acceptable. There was a little mold, the hair dryer didn’t work, the fridge was in the bedroom, and there was no lounge.

The location is great compared to Ottaviano.

There was a strong cigarette smell in the apartment corridor.
