Rooms were good enough for New York and clean. Check in’s are very late in New York, you can at least let guests inside before check out times depending on your availability , should not be a mandatory to wait until 03:00pm

The spot is great but street noise is an issue. The room was clean, the staff were excellent and courteous. The AC is loud; it’s hard to keep it on at night, and the street noise stops you from opening the window. Also, we booked a room with king‑size beds (four of us, two beds), but actually got a standard double bed measuring 1.40.

The location worked for me, but the rooms were so cramped that I felt boxed in.

The spot’s great, but the room only got cleaned once in the whole four‑night stay, even after I asked, which was really disappointing.
