The location is fantastic, right next to Galata Port, and I highly recommend it! ❤️🔥❤️🔥👍👍
“Budget accommodation in a prime location, but stays should not exceed one day.”
The location was good and the staff were friendly, but Room 101 had a terrible bathroom odor, a nasty street view, and was smaller than I needed.
“Avoid.”
The only thing worth mentioning was the hotel’s convenient spot near the bus and tram station and a 15‑minute walk to Galata Bridge; nothing else stood out. The first night I had to endure 14 °C because the radiator was broken, and the AC barely got the room down to 17 °C after a full night of running. The next nights we were moved to Room 204, then to Room 104. I get that it was Ramadan and no technician was available, but this place should welcome everyone, not just Muslims, and the problem seemed to have been ongoing. Photos show Room 102 with no heating and Room 104 with a balcony ripped off where a wooden beam once supported the balcony of Room 204—definitely dangerous as parts could collapse at any time. On top of that I left some expensive binoculars in one of the rooms (I stayed in three rooms over four nights) and they were never found. I appreciate the 15 € voucher, that’s how you treat a loyal customer.
“The stay was not pleasant. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.”
The only good thing about this place is its very good location, but there was no breakfast option. The room was far smaller than described, the bathroom smelled awful from the drain, the sink was clogged, the towels were worn and looked unhygienic, the room was not clean enough, there was no insulation, and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
“جمييل جدا”
The place was very quiet, and I couldn’t find any negatives.
