“I would like to stay there again, but with the hot water situation I don't think I will”
The location was fine, but there was no hot water. I told reception and asked to meet a manager, explaining the hot water issue and the western breakfast. The breakfast got fixed, but the water didn’t. After enduring the cold water for three weeks I spoke to reception again; they sent someone to the room, no change. I mentioned a water‑heater problem, and the next day the water was better, yet still not good.
