Hospitality and staff training were excellent, and the room size was ample. The large pool, good food, and excellent location are ideal for business or leisure travelers. However, dining and room service ended at 10 pm, and the gym was a small space with a sauna that had a low temperature; the air conditioning was turned off.

“Agradável”

The restaurant is excellent for both breakfast and dinner. We ran into a problem opening our room door one day and it took an hour to fix the issue due to a battery failure in the door‑opening system.

The rooms were big and spotless, and the pool was lovely. The staff’s customer service was exceptional. We couldn’t get a late checkout because the hotel was fully booked, but they arranged a free stay at another hotel, which we really appreciated and matched the hospitality we’d seen in Cabo Verde.

I liked the location, but the gym feels a bit old‑fashioned and was misleadingly advertised as available. It’s absurdly small, cramped, and the equipment looks poorly maintained.
