Domus Terenzio sits a ten‑minute walk from St. Peter’s Square, offering a tranquil garden oasis and free Wi‑Fi throughout. Air‑conditioned rooms feature flat‑screen satellite TVs, safes, minibars and private bathrooms with hairdryers and premium toiletries; select rooms include balconies. Guests enjoy a daily buffet breakfast, proximity to Castel Sant’Angelo, Ottaviano Metro, and the Vatican Museums.

The location is right next to the Vatican, making walking to the cathedral and Castel Sant’Angelo area very convenient, about a 10‑minute stroll from Line A of the metro. Naturally, this area is pricier than the outskirts, but we chose it mainly to catch sunrise and sunset. By the way, the day we arrived was the first Monday in October, and the first Monday of the month, the Castel Sant’Angelo entrance fee was €5, so the queue was huge. The hotel is in an old apartment building; we arranged check‑in via WhatsApp beforehand, which was very convenient. The room’s facilities were good and comfortable, quite a nice room for Rome. Nothing unsatisfactory.
