The room was huge and, thanks to Nadia, we got the end‑of‑the‑hall spot with no foot traffic – the pizza we ordered was solid. Breakfast, however, was just pancakes or toast with weak coffee, and the fruit was only a small plate; the staff were okay but not always upbeat, and my laundry came back still damp.

The pool was tiny and not enjoyable, and we ran into a serious issue when the toilet broke at 7 pm – there was no maintenance staff, so we were shifted to another room where the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and only a cleaning crew finishing their shift could finally fix the toilet and get us back. The whole thing felt like a major logistical slip.

The spot is spot‑on and the beds were super comfy, but the daily ask about cleaning service felt odd, the pool chairs were plain wood with no cushions, and I found a plunger in the bathroom and had no clue why it was there.
