The rooms were spacious, well furnished and the air‑conditioning worked great. Breakfast was delightful, and it was a nice touch to have the port open all day with coffee and pastries. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was superb, and we’ll definitely come back.

The hotel was lovely and right in the heart of Lisbon’s old town; the all‑inclusive drinks made the lobby lively at night, the room was large with a nice bed and stylish furnishings. The traffic outside was very loud and I couldn’t open the window at night, but the windows insulated well so I slept soundly.

This was my second visit and it was just as good as the first; the staff were excellent and attentive.

The location, the staff and the carefully thought‑out details were all excellent, with tea, coffee and snacks available all day. Breakfast wasn’t included, so I had to pay extra; when I looked at the breakfast options I decided to eat outside instead.
