The staff were very polite and cheerful, and breakfast was well varied; the mini coxinha was especially tasty. The room was roomy, clean, and organized, yet the shower made a horrible noise whenever I tried to reduce the hot water flow, and the elevator was absurdly small—only enough for four people with luggage, so during peak times I had to use the stairs.

Breakfast was fine, but the internet was slow, the elevator was cramped, slow, and made a loud noise when the door opened, and there was a lot of noise from the exhaust fan and plumbing.

I’ve been here several times; they’re renovating and it’s getting better every time. The staff are well‑trained and friendly, and the location is perfect, though the elevators are a bit of a drawback.
