We never got a room from the hotel; we were moved to a more distant apartment that had no staff. The bathroom ceiling leaked water repeatedly, and we kept waking up to that.

The location is fine, but the hotel’s facilities are old, the bed is very soft, there’s no sound insulation so you hear plumbing, the air conditioner keeps breaking, and you can hear people in the rooms next door and in the corridors.
