The hotel sits close to Kuala Lumpur’s tourist spots, but the room is cramped, has no windows, and feels poorly cleaned and maintained.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were super friendly and helpful. However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown, it was tiny and not exactly what I was expecting. Still, the staff made up for it.
