The ambiance, location, and cleanliness were great, but the staff’s staring made the experience unpleasant.

The staff behaved poorly and seemed uncaring toward guests. A Suite guest should at least receive help with luggage and a courteous greeting at reception, but they showed no interest in welcoming us.

There wasn’t much positive to mention except that the staff were cooperative. The rooms were not truly air‑conditioned; everyone was sweating. No breakfast was offered, and the space felt a bit cramped.

The room was spacious, close to everything, with beautiful artistic décor inside and a nice façade. The lobby was comfortable. However, the reception told me the check‑out time was before 11 am, not 11 30 am. I find the rate high for the amenities compared to other places in the country, especially since the city offers little tourist attraction.
