Great location; the road to the property is a dream come true for anyone who loves driving along tight switchbacks. Good location, beautiful scenery. A nice hiking trail leads from the hotel to a viewpoint. The staff are friendly. The building is a bit older, which shows in the décor.

A very pleasant hotel with an alpine vibe. The restaurant is good and breakfast is tasty. I recommend it for a short break on the way or a longer stay. If you want to head into the mountains, you can start right after leaving the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some parts of the hotel could use a touch of refreshment, but the condition is visible in the photos, so you know what you’re booking and no one should be surprised, which is why I still give it a 10.
