The staff were friendly. The room was a small, partially partitioned space in a large area for 10 or 12 beds, with a ceiling fan and lights centered for everyone. The space faced the street, separated only by a huge window, so it felt like you were on the street with the noise. In the dining area, there was no fan, making it hot and noisy.

It has the “old” charm (concrete), but it’s a bit dated, so the price feels unfair for both Florès and Indonesia. It’s a pleasant spot for evening meals (bring your own) or breakfast. Breakfast is good, but the spring‑coiled mattress is too soft, the rooms are old, there’s no hot water (unusual for the room rates), and there’s no restaurant nearby.
