The hotel offered a great selection of amenities and the breakfast was delicious. Because the sauna was next door, my room felt hot; after shutting the windows and turning on the AC with the front desk’s suggested setting, it cooled down. Being on the basement floor, morning light was scarce and I almost overslept.

Nice, polite staff were available; the room on our last night was perfect with karaoke and full comfort, a shame we had to leave for the airport so early. The area was calm and quiet.

It's a small hotel tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. A great choice if you wanted somewhere quiet. Meals included were also tasty. A great selection of drinks and amenities in the room. I was initially given a room in the basement. I'd probably live with if if my stay was just for 1 night but I was staying for 4 nights. In the end, I managed to upgrade to another room at an extra cost

The rooms were decorated with many lovely small touches and thoughtful amenities, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive; room service was delicious and the Kaiseke breakfast was lovely. The hotel is located in a quieter area, which might be a plus for some, and it is well connected with a short walk to the nearest station.

The number of small extras in the room was top! Everything was 1000% equipped. The climate made a little noise but it was not disturbing.
