The staff are very friendly. The accommodation is clean, modern, and practical with parking. You can take a Bolt to get quickly into the city centre. The insulation isn’t great; the upstairs neighbours (a family) made a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning, I could hear almost everything. The shower had no pressure.

Everything was great, the only downside was the floor being very cold.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern, with tea and coffee facilities, and the shared bathroom was also spotless. However, we couldn't unlock the bathroom door, and once inside we couldn't lock it to keep others out, which made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating every time we tried to open it.
