Positiv: Staff davvero cortese e disponibile, posizione comoda per i miei motivi di lavoro, vicinanza a ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Negativ: Struttura che sa di vecchio sia all’esterno che per l’arredamento, pulizia non accurata, doccia che perdeva e rubinetto del bidè che schizzava acqua sul pavimento del bagno. Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità di questo hotel. Non basta la gentilezza e professionalità dell’ottimo staff per sopperire alle mancanze della struttura.

Negativ: Disappointing Experience and Extremely Poor Customer Service There is a sign in the elevator stating that the reception closes at 10 pm. However, when I went to the reception at 9 pm, I was greeted by an extremely unfriendly receptionist who told me that the reception was already closed, despite the fact that she was still there working behind the desk. I also decided to check out one day earlier than originally planned, but there was no flexibility or willingness to help with the situation. The only response I received was that the reception was closed. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. I would have expected a much more accommodating and welcoming attitude from the hotel staff.

The room was fine. The sound insulation of the rooms was poor because we had an extremely noisy neighborhood during the night. Someone knocked very loudly on a nearby accommodation’s door for more than 10 minutes and woke us early in the morning. It isn’t the fault of the establishment, but it was very unpleasant.
