The location and cleanliness were good, and the staff were very helpful. However, the facilities were lacking: no kettle, no coffee, no sugar, no toothbrush kit, and there was a problem with the skirting.

The towels had a terrible stinky smell, like worn-out socks; I kept going back because they always smelled bad, and I wish they had honest laundry staff.

The rooms were pleasantly sized with plenty of storage, centrally located with everything within walking distance, and everything was excellent for the price; we were satisfied. The rooms were a bit noisy.
