The location and the owner’s friendliness are good. However, this place is dated and needs renovation because the location and the owner’s kindness aren’t enough to cover the obvious shortcomings that even a guest with low expectations can see. The price paid for the room is a factor, but it can’t be an excuse. For example, the property I visited in Porto Recanati earlier in this trip in the Marche at the same price received a different review from me.

“Big residential apartment”

The room is big. Even though it’s a 3‑floor building, there’s a modern elevator. The host is very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Luggage can be stored at the entrance room. The only issue was the smell of the pillow.

“Traumhafte Unterkunft”

Piereluigi is a great host who welcomed me warmly, showed me everything, and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. I didn’t just have a room; I had my own hallway with a large, well‑equipped bathroom for myself. The room itself was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and well equipped with a big bed, table and chairs, a large wardrobe, and even a small fridge. There was also a small furnished balcony where I could hang laundry and sit outside. The location of the apartment is excellent – you can reach all the important spots on foot in 15‑20 minutes, and I felt safe walking back alone as a woman. Anyone heading to Pesaro should definitely stay here.

“Soggiorno eccellente”

The location is central, the building is historic, and the manager is friendly and helpful, offering good value for money. Nothing to complain about.
