The owners do their best to maintain and improve this property, which sits away from a busy boulevard. The breakfast was homemade and very good. Sadly, from the outside, the property needs tender loving care.

The place is well‑located, the bed is comfy, and the area is quiet, but the bathroom really needs a renovation.

Free parking was a plus. The staff were pro‑Venezuela, the owner taxed everything, even our small dog. Payment was not in line with "booking". The motel was poorly equipped for being in the suburbs, far from everything, 21 km from Quebec (traffic jams). Their restaurant only serves breakfast, is quite expensive, and offers no choice. The reception was not very friendly.
