The bed was good, but the room and shower left a lot to be desired.

The front‑desk staff didn’t provide good service, and the bathrooms were too small.

Nothing good to mention. The hotel is a high‑traffic, hourly‑use place for couples, breakfast isn’t included, and the price shown in soles on the website is vastly different from the rate you’re charged at the end. I’m totally disappointed and do not recommend it.

I didn’t stay there, but when I entered the basement it was empty, the entrance was open to the street without security, and there was no elevator link to the reception floor. As a disabled person who can’t climb stairs, that felt very bad.
