Unfortunately I didn’t like anything about that hotel and we had to leave the next day. The room had no water and they didn’t change rooms; the building’s façade was in bad condition; the beds and pillows were in very bad condition; my wife and I woke up with neck pain; the poolside tiles were almost slippery and I almost fell; a young boy also fell but thankfully he was fine. They never fixed the water from 8 am until 5 pm with evasive answers, so we ended up leaving the hotel after only 24 hours instead of the planned 3 days. I don’t know how they rate stars, but I think it doesn’t even qualify for 2 stars.

The breakfast was very good and the location was also good. I had water problems during my stay.

I was really disappointed with the customer service – it was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The rooms smelled damp and looked very old, and the receptionist didn’t care about tourists at all. Food was slow and arrived cold.

The hotel’s location is good. The rooms are in average condition, the beds are old and the mattress is in very bad condition. The TV is outdated.
