The facilities are pretty, the place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is pleasant, and I liked that you don’t have to book in the specialty restaurants; there are many pools and you can visit the neighboring hotels, which I loved. I wish there were more nighttime ambience and more daytime activities.

Spectacular, great service, food and drinks 10/10, everything is clean, and they treat you like a king. The smoking zones need improvement; they don’t look like a 5‑star hotel, are poorly located, lack comfort, are poorly sign‑posted, and given the hotel’s size, there shouldn’t be only two.

I liked the food and the ability to use other hotels’ restaurants and gym, but the rooms need maintenance. When I arrived there was a toilet leak and a loose curtain. The hotel is adults‑only, but the crowd is mostly older; there are younger people and more atmosphere at the Princess.

The room was clean and the waiters were very attentive, but the pools were too small and all hotel activities were cancelled on the day we arrived. We could only have dinner at the buffet restaurant because, even though we wore dress shorts, we were not allowed to because we didn't bring trousers. The beach had too much seaweed. I had requested an extra bed and was only given two double beds. Reception was poorly attended, so we had to leave for Princess Hotel to enjoy the activities.
