The location, peace, and serenity of this place are outstanding, and the views are amazing—you almost forget the last two kilometres of drive. The property was clean, spacious, and restful, and the pool is a real bonus. Corinna was very friendly and informative, giving us great restaurant and supermarket recommendations. We’re glad we invested time researching San Gimignano accommodations. Apart from breakfast, we didn’t cook much. I can recommend Osteria I Quattro Gatti in the old town for excellent food with good gluten‑free options, Farmhouse Borgo Poneta for a delicious gluten‑free cooking class, and Altezza Winery for a fabulous lunch with paired wines. The only downside was that guests in the apartment above were sometimes audible.

The spot was fantastic, right in the Tuscan countryside just five minutes from San Gimignano, and our host Corinna was incredible. The pool was crystal clear, and we spent a lot of time lounging in the sun and swimming, which was a perfect way to unwind after busy city days. There was nothing about the place that I didn’t like.

The location is amazing—very close to San Gimignano, yet quiet and isolated. The lovely host Katrina sent us all the instructions beforehand and welcomed us warmly. The apartment was very clean and well‑furnished for anyone who wants to cook. The welcome kit was indulgent with various cups (cornflakes, cookies, milk, Nutella, tea, etc.). We enjoyed it a lot! Thank you so much. The only small issues were that the bathroom is huge but the shower is very small, and we were in a garden apartment where we sometimes heard other guests walking above us.
