Only the staff coordination was decent, yet the room was in awful condition: a bad smell on the bed, a broken TV, a balcony door lock that didn’t work, constant noise while lying on the bed, an unhygienic toilet, the reality differed from the photos, dust bins weren’t emptied regularly and they smelled, a charging plug was broken, and the TV table was damaged—definitely not a room I’d want to stay in.

The host handed our booked rooms to another guest before we arrived, offered no alternative, and with a toddler we were anxious and had to find another place ourselves.

The room was filthy and cramped; after checking in the owner cancelled my reservation, entered the room with my luggage, and told me I’d get a non‑AC room even though I’d paid for AC.
