The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, including vegetarian ones. The double room for four was perfect, spacious and clean. The location was fine. The gym and pool were very clean and enjoyable.

The property is newer, clean, and the room (King) is spacious. The only downside was the echo from other people in the hallways.

The room itself was fine, but the front‑desk experience was unpleasant. The staff made me struggle over the credit card chip; nothing serious, but the process felt unnecessarily difficult. Another staff member gave me an unprofessional look/smile that made me uncomfortable, and I expected a more welcoming, respectful front‑desk. I was also very disappointed with the pool hours: I had emailed before booking and was told the pool was open from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., but it actually operated from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. I checked in at 7 p.m. and checked out at 11 a.m., so I missed the pool entirely and felt I paid a lot of money for nothing.

The front‑desk staff were very welcoming. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. I appreciated that my requests were listened to. The reception did everything well to make me feel at ease. The pool water was a bit cold, but I think that’s typical everywhere.
