The hotel’s location was excellent and the place was spotless and enjoyable, but the room and bathroom felt too cramped for me.

The hotel sits in a prime spot that’s easy to reach, yet parts of it were still under construction, so it shouldn’t have opened until everything was ready. My parents arrived first and found no chairs at the front desk, forcing them to stand while they waited to check in because the payment details didn’t match what OYO advertised, and they ended up paying more than the listed price. The rooms were tiny, the bathrooms even smaller, making it hard to use the washroom. I was most upset that there was no drinking water service; when we asked for bottled water they told us to bring our own. I’ve never experienced this with an OYO before. Very disappointing.

A good place overall, but the Wi‑Fi problems only came up after we complained.

There were no food or breakfast options, not even tea or coffee, so the dining facilities were completely absent.
