Pousada Águia Branca is a European-style hotel in Gramado, 50 metres from Mini Mundo theme park and Hortências Avenue. I was happy, that woman knows little Libras and communication was clear. 100 points. Nothing else.

Good value for money. I liked the room I stayed in, it was spacious and the beds were great. The first shower was warm, but my friend who came in later found it not so hot; they probably turned off the heating system on the shower, but only on the first day, after that it was fine.

Location, organization, cleanliness. The breakfast only starts after 07:00, so when we left for the tour at 06:00 we had no breakfast.
