The property exceeded my expectations. I didn’t anticipate such service, especially considering the room price. The extra room was clean and well-equipped. I really appreciated the water purifier available to guests, handy for those who don’t want to carry heavy water bottles. I especially thank the owner for welcoming me outside check‑in hours and for providing all the information I needed. I often travel to Bologna for work and this place will surely become my fixed base. No complaints.

The spot is spot on, right in front of the bus station and just 300 m from Bologna Centrale. The room was cozy and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The responsiveness, bed comfort, in‑room refrigerator, and nearby buses are positives. The noise from upstairs neighbors and the lack of light are negatives.

Well equipped, all facilities are present, and the staff are helpful. There is too much noise from the upstairs neighbors.
