We rented two rooms, side by side and they were both very well furnished and very comfortable. Court yard parking stall was great for accommodating our rental car. It was a little tricky getting in the courtyard with a narrow entrance but we were very happy to have a safe secure stall as we found parking to be difficult in Split. The location of these rooms was perfect for what we wanted to see. Close to the Palace and many great restaurants. We enjoyed many meals at Missy B’s and Bakra Steak and Pizza. You MUST try the cheesecake at Bakra. Best I’ve had anywhere in the world!

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro, y al mismo tiempo tranquilo. El apartamento es bonito y comodo. Además, dispone de parking, muy importante si llevas coche, por la dificultad para aparcar en Split. Podía mejorar el equipamiento con algo de menaje (un par de platos y cubiertos) para poder desayunar, por ejemplo

“Avoid if possible, fraud”

The owner demanded payment upfront, never appeared or answered the phone, and left me stranded on the street; I had to find another hotel. It was a total scam—avoid if you can. The owner took the money and delivered no service.
